 Terms and Conditions of Erox Australia Pty Ltd Print
1. Subject matter
The Erox Australia Pty Ltd sells the customer the goods to the following general terms and conditions.
2. Contract
The contract between the dealer and Erox Australia Pty Ltd only comes through a contract from the dealer and be accepted by Erox Australia Ltd.   Erox Australia Pty Ltd accepts the order confirmation by the customer via   e-mail, fax or mail. 
3. Products Offer
Any details about the goods which the customer during the ordering process are not binding. In particular, changes in design and technology, which improve the functionality of a product, as well as errors in descriptions, illustrations and pricing.
4. Prices / Conditions
Apply the relevant trade price list, which can be adjusted continuously in the market. They are in australian dollars (AUD) including GST ex warehouse unfranko Sydney or warehouse in Europe (EU). The transportation will be calculated separately. Payment must be paid net before delivery.
5. Transport Conditions
Where to camp, the products will be delivered immediately to the address specified by the customer. The delivery of the goods at the expense and risk of the dealer. An eventual settlement of claims made for externally visible damage to the goods ordered only against a certificate issued by a carrier.
6. Return
The customer has the right to cancel within a period of 8 calendar days to conclude the contract without giving any reason and return the goods. The delivered product is damaged, return it functionally and completely at the expense of traders. The right of return begins with receipt of the goods by the customer. Right of return are items which are specially made to customer demand. The customer has returned the goods on time and properly, he will receive from Erox Australia Pty Ltd a credit or request a replacement.
8. Defects Warranty and Liability
For the customer, subject to the applicable warranty provisions of each country. Maximum of 2 years. The dealer receives a warranty period of 24 months from date of purchase. Products will be repaired or replaced free of charge. Warranty services are excluding parts to the normal wear and tear, accident or improper use was caused (assembly errors). The return comes at the expense of the dealer. For consequential damages Erox Australia Ltd is not liable.
9. Intellectual-property 
Erox AG and Erox Australia Pty Ltd reserve for each product design and all rights. The names and EROX eroxswiss.com and eroxaustralia are internationally protected trademarks.
10. Privacy
The insured Erox Australia Pty Ltd, in the collection, processing and use of company data, the provisions of Australian data protection law and the relevant legal standards to be observed.
11. Jurisdiction and Applicable Law
These terms and the contracts that are closed due to these terms and conditions are subject to Australian law. Jurisdiction is Sydney.
12. Final Provisions
When selling specified by Erox Australia Pty Ltd products are solely those of their terms in effect at the time of each contract is signed. This should apply in any case even if they differ with the provisions of the distributors should clients. If any provision of these Conditions be or become invalid, shall not affect the legal validity of the remaining provisions.
